Dear Hagerman resident or interested party,
This is an unofficial version of the City Code of the City of Hagerman, Idaho. The page numbers, shown in parentheses throughout the document, indicate the approximate page breaks in the original. I used OCR software to convert the original to text and then converted the document to HTML format. This process required some non-substantial changes to the document. For example the table of contents, indents, lettering and/or numbering of headings and sub-headings look different than they do in the original but they make it easier to find what you are looking for. Once you know the Title, Chapter and Section for the item you are interested in it will be easy for you to find it in the official version of the code which you can obtain from the City Clerk at City Hall. So, this HTML version is intended to serve only as a general reference for my fellow Hagerman citizens and no guarantee of accuracy or completeness is stated or implied. This HTML version was created on June 30, 1999 and I have imbedded hyperlinks throughout the document since then to make it easier to use and navigate around in the document. If you want to consult the official copy of the Hagerman City Code it is on file at City Hall and the City Clerk will be happy to let you look at the original.
