Jim Scott is an experienced meeting facilitator and project planner/manager. He holds a Community Developer Certification from the Community Development Council. He has broad experience in natural resource management, economic and community development and GPS for GIS. He served as a city councilman for eight years. He is the incorporator of, and for the past five years has served on the Board of, Hagerman I.D.E.A., Inc, an Idaho charitable corporation.
