Gem Community Committee
Hagerman IDEA has been appointed by the Mayor and City Council to
function as Hagerman's Gem Community Committee. IDEA will ensure
that the annual requirements necessary to maintain the community's
active status in the Gem Community Program are met each year.
Meetings
IDEA meets at 6 P.M. on the second Monday of each month at the Snake
River Grill Meeting Room located in Frog's Landing, at the corner
State Street (US Highway 30) and Hagerman Avenue. All meetings are open
to the public and citizens are encouraged to participate in the
Gem Community portion of the meetings.
Fund-Raising
"Blues in the Park" is our annual music festival and the primary focus
for annual contributions. We are currently working on our fifth annual
Blues in the Park event. We will display sponsor-provided, company
banners at our Blues in the Park event, include sponsor's names on our
Blues Poster and in the event program. We will list sponsors on our
sponsor's web page and will provide a hyperlink to a sponsors website
if they wish. Check out the Blues page for more information.
