Although he is now retired Jim Scott continues to be involved in his community and uses his experience in meeting facilitation, project planning and management, community and economic development, natural resource management, GPS, GIS and city government to benefit his community. He is currently Executive Director of Hagerman I.D.E.A., Inc. and Secretary of the Hagerman Valley Chamber of Commerce.
